My new top down bottom up cordless lift honeycomb shade has now been installed and looks great. But beyond the high quality of the products offered, it's the customer service that really sets BG apart from the rest in my experience. When I ordered this shade I knew my windows were too tall for me to be able to reach all the way up there to raise and lower the shade. I thought I'd just figure out later how to deal with that challenge. I was talking to customer service about a question and happened to mention that. She said she could order the extension pole from the manufacturer for me but when she got the price it was higher than I wanted to pay. I said I'd just figure out something on my own with a broom handle or whatever. Later that day, I received an email that a package was on the way to me. I received it a day later and it was the plastic end-cap that has the hook to lower and another section to lift -- all I have to do is add the pole. That was at no charge to me. I have at least 4 other stories similar to that regarding my purchases from BG over the years where their service after the sale was above-and-beyond excellent. This company gets my highest customer service rating and the products and prices are great too! read more
I absolutely have no regrets purchasing blinds for my entire home using Blindsgalore. Simply follow the directions when measuring each window, select color/options and install in a couple of minutes. Although the first order placed arrived in the wrong color, the customer service reps remedied the situation using a single picture sent from my phone. The replacement blinds arrived quickly and easily snapped into the original clips. The motorized blinds are quieter than I expected and have gone ~1 month in between charges (we use the motorized blinds at least twice daily).
